When and where does London Bridal Fashion Week take place?

24 – 26 March | ExCeL London

What are the opening times?

Sunday 24 March — 9.30am – 6.30pm
(the show will open at 9am for the Seminar Theatre only)

Monday 24 March – 9.30am – 6.00pm
(the show will open at 9am for the Seminar Theatre only)

Tuesday 26 March – 9.30am – 4.00pm

Who can attend?

London Bridal Fashion Week is a trade event, and is not open to members of the public. This event is attended exclusively by retailers and press.

Do I have to buy tickets in advance or can I simply turn up on the day?

Entry is free of charge for retailers and press. It is possible to register on the day, but we strongly advise that you register in advance to avoid long wait times. You can register for the event online here.

 

A £50 charge is applicable to wholesalers, importers, agents, and anyone else deemed to be subject to an entrance fee by the organisers. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed unsuitable to attend the event.

Where does my visitor entry badge allow me access to?

Your entry badge allows you access to London Bridal Fashion Week, White Gallery, the Bridal Retail Success Academy and the Fashion Show Theatre.

How do I find my way around the Show when I arrive?

You can download the ExCeL London venue map here, and you can view the London Bridal Fashion Week floorplan in advance of the show here. You can also collect a complimentary show guide when you arrive, which includes a floorplan to help you navigate your way around the show.

How do I secure a place at the Fashion Show Theatre/Seminar Theatre/Business Advice Clinic?

Seating at The Fashion Show Theatre and Seminar Theatre is on a first-come, first-served basis. Business Advice Clinic sessions are available to book at the reception desk at the front of the Business Advice Clinic, when the show opens.

How do I get there?

Where can I stay?

London Bridal Fashion Week has a dedicated concierge team who are on hand to help you plan your visit. Discounted rates have been secured with a number of hotels just minutes from the venue, you can find out more here.

Is there free WIFI at the venue?

Yes, when you arrive at the venue sign in to ’ExCeL FREE Wi-Fi’

Are there cloakroom facilities onsite?

Yes, there are two cloakrooms. One cloakroom is in the west end of the on level 0 by N4/S4 and one is in the east end on level 0 venue (the closest entrance to London Bridal Fashion Week). Cloakrooms are open during show hours and costs are £1 per item for coats and luggage. Please be aware they cannot store cameras, laptop equipment or any other electronic devices.

Is there an ATM?

There are two Note ATMs near the west entrance of the venue by Costa and Panini Pronto, and another Note ATM in the centre of the boulevard between entrances S6 and N6. There are a Barclays and a Note ATM located on level 0 between N4 and S4. Should the in-venue ATMs run out of cash, there is also an ATM nearby at the Tesco Express.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, ExCeL London is accessible for disabled visitors, and is able to provide wheelchairs to those in need, free of charge. Click here for more information on accessibility.

Is there a prayer room?

The prayer room can be accessed through the grey door next to the S9 entrance on the boulevard.

Where can I eat and drink?

A wide range of catering options are available both inside and just outside London Bridal Fashion Week. Within the show visitors will have access to the Champagne Bar, Cocktail Bar and VIP Lounge (VIP nominated visitors only).
